The piece makes a very special husband gift or fathers day gift. Size: 22h x 24w x 7d We created this Deer Head entirely from reclaimed metal. The antlers start out as flat pieces of rusty metal. We hand hammer them into shape & grind them smooth. We then hand draw the head pattern on the metal with soapstone & cut it with a hand held plasma cutter. Next we weld the shapes together to form the head. Finally we mount the head on a recycled corn planter disk. The metal is sealed with a clear enamel. This piece can be hung inside or out. Each head will have subtle variations. We cut them by hand & each piece of metal has slight color differences. This head can easily be hung with a nail or screw.
