Meet Roxy! This 3D metal wall art is made from reclaimed metal. Make a statement above your fireplace, or add a real conversation starter to your outdoor patio wall. This whimsical piece is perfect for your contemporary cabin or part of your eclectic art collection. 26h x 22w x 13d Roxy, the wall sculpture is handmade in Pennsylvania in our small rural studio. The antlers start out as flat pieces of rusty metal. We hand hammer them into shape & grind them smooth. We then hand draw the head pattern on the metal with soapstone & cut it with a hand held plasma cutter. Next we weld the shapes together to form the head. Finally we mount the head on a recycled corn planter disk. The color is hand-painted milk paint. The metal is sealed with a clear enamel. This piece can be hung inside or out. Each head will have subtle variations. We cut them by hand & each piece of metal has slight color differences. This head can easily be hung with a nail or screw. The weight is approximately 10lbs Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. If outdoors, you can maintain a shiny metal look [entirely optional] by applying a clear metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store.
