By purchasing this listing Buyer accepts responsibility for any damaged candles & is responsible for filing a claim for reimbursement with the postal service. All of my candles are carefully & sufficiently wrapped & packaged to avoid damage. If your candles arrive damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt if a replacement is desired. Replacement candles (when time is allowed) may be purchased at a minimal cost to cover materials & shipping, as you are entitled to file a claim to be reimbursed for your damaged candle, this is the purpose of having insurance & why replacements are not free of charge. I strongly suggest that candles be purchased at least 2 months prior to your event, so as to avoid any delays or issues. Please consult me if you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy. Unwrap your candles upon arrival to make sure they are intact & in good condition. When unwrapping your candles please take extra care, as unwrapping too hastily can result in candle breakage. Each candle's ribbons are wrapped around them & held in place with a rubber band, remove this rubberband. Candles that are slightly bent or warped from excessive heat can easily be straightened out, please message me for tips.
