INSTALLATION & MOUNTING GUIDE For the safest & strongest setup, please note that because of the swing-arm design, this stool creates leverage when in use. For your safety, it must be anchored into a solid structural support. Avoid Drywall: Please do not mount this directly to drywall, even with heavy-duty anchors. Drywall alone cannot support the movement of the arm. Recommended Solution: If a stud isn't located exactly where you need the stool, we recommend installing wood blocking (minimum 2x4) behind the wall or mounting a wood board on top of the drywall to span the studs.
