These personalised cushions are professionally printed with your loved ones actual handwriting. We extract & print the exact handwriting & can use children's or adults handwriting. Either scan or photograph any existing writing you already have, or write something specially for an upcoming occasion. We can also use multiple people's handwriting if written on the same piece of paper & uploaded as one image. Please see below for information relating to creating & uploading images. There is no defined list of what this can be, as it's very individual & the possibilities are endless. Popular choices we have received requests for include things like a favourite flower, a feather, or something related to a hobby that is meaningful to either the recipient or the person whose handwriting it is. Please add some details in the personalisation field at the time of ordering if you wish to utilise the design service. If this is left blank, JUST THE HANDWRITING will be printed on its own. HOW TO ORDER: Choose the cushion cover colour & final print colour Upload the image(s) of the writing you want to use (maximum of 2 per order) via Etsy messages or email after checkout to [email protected] quoting your order number in the subject header. Add details of any bespoke design/personalisation or other instructions IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SENDING IMAGES: To get the best result for you please: Preferably scan the writing, but if using a photo take them in natural daylight without lights on to eliminate shadows over the paper/writing source. Hold the camera or phone directly overhead so it is absolutely horizontal to avoid distorted images Take photos in as high a resolution as possible Do NOT crop or amend the photo size Do NOT send just a screen shot, the original photo is needed for quality. CARE: Spot clean or gentle cool wash on hand wash cycle max 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. PROCESSING: All orders are processed by date of receipt. On average it can take 3-4 days, but this timescale may increase in busy periods. A digital proof is always sent for approval prior to printing to ensure you are 100% happy with how the writing will look. Please check your email spam folder to avoid delays in processing. Once complete, all items are shipped via Royal Mail using First Class as standard. There is an upgrade option for special delivery to ensure next day delivery, but processing time still applies.
