I am not responsible for candles damaged due to heat issues or mishandling by the postal service. All of my candles are carefully & sufficiently wrapped & packaged to avoid damage. Insurance may be purchased for a small fee if your order is not shipping Priority Mail, Priority Mail is insured for up to $100, & additional insurance may be purchased to cover your entire order. If your candles arrive damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt to discuss your options. I strongly suggest that candles be purchased at least 2 months prior to your event, so as to avoid any delays or issues. Please consult me if you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy. Unwrap your candles upon arrival to make sure they are intact & in good condition. When unwrapping your candles please take extra care, as unwrapping too hastily can result in candle breakage. Each candle's ribbons are wrapped around them & held in place with a rubber band, remove this rubberband. Candles that are slightly bent or warped from excessive heat can easily be straightened out, please message me for tips.
