Our linen bedding is woven from natural linen for simplicity & washed for heirloom softness. We also leave room for the first wash shrinkage when sewing. There won't be much shrinkage after first wash. SHRINKAGE: All of our linens are prewashed, very little shrinkage (1%) after the first wash. Not much shrinkage afterwards. We also leave a bit room when sewing. Linen gets softer with wash & use. SHIPPING: We ship via UPS Ground (3 business days) or USPS priority with tracking number. You will receive the tracking notification upon ship out. LINEN CARE: All of our linens are machine washable with mild detergent, no bleach or chlorine. We recommend line dry or low tumble dry. Machine wash dark colors in cold water, light color in warm water (less than 85F or 30C). Use a bio-degradable laundry soap such as Seven Generation liquid soap. Do not sure chlorine bleach. Oxygen bleach can be used occasionally for white linen sheets only. Avoid overloading the washing machine to protect the linen from rubbing against other clothes with sharp articles such as zipper teeth. Hang linens over a railing or shower curtain rod to air dry wrinkle free. Tumble dry on low heat for less than 20 minutes for a soft finish & air dry while they are still damp. (Overheat or whole dry cycle will cause wrinkles or shrinkage). You will be amazed how fast linen dries, 3x faster than cotton. For nature texture look of washed linen, iron is unnecessary. You can iron for pristine look for the ruffles.
