These unique pillow covers are made from hand spun, hand woven + hand dyed vintage textiles from Upper Mustang, in the Nepal Himalaya. The textiles are hand sewn into beautiful pillow cases, with a stripe of colorful textile in the middle, & backed with canvas in Kathmandu, Nepal. These truly unique large pillow cases are great in sets of 2 or 3, or alone on a couch with various other sized pillows. The pure sheep wool textiles are made of hand spun, hand woven & hand dyed by ethnically Tibetan villagers living in the border regions of Nepal . The wool comes from sheep owned by these villagers, & we purchase the textiles directly from them. Each pillow cover is unique, with slight imperfections, & reflects a dying way of life in the Himalaya. 10% of all purchases goes towards The Kamzang Fund - Nomad Fund.
