Large Soap Dish Resin, Clay Clear Silicone Mold

Listing is for one large soap dish mold. Finished piece measures 5-3/8 inches wide, 3-5/8 inches front to back & 1 inch tall on the sides. Interior depth is about 1/2 inch. Please allow up to 7 business days for molds to be made & shipped out. Silicone mold(s) are compatible with urethane, epoxy or polyester resins, wax & low melt metal alloys. These molds can be used for culinary applications including casting chocolate & other confections. DO NOT USE MOLDS WITH RESIN/WAx & FOOD, it is cross contamination & NOT RECOmmENDED. Using molds in the oven WILL darken the mold but not effect the functionality Do not expose rubber to temperatures above 400o F / 204o C. Silicone rubber does not distribute heat evenly. Food in shallow molds will bake faster vs.deep draft molds. Thick sections will retain heat longer than thin sections. Mold release will help extend the life of your mold. Store your mold at room temperature out of direct sunlight as UV light can damage the mold. Placing your silicone mold in a sealed container helps prevent dust & debris from attaching. Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals to clean your mold. You can dry the mold quickly in an oven. Bake for 5 minutes at 300oF / 150oC. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for the outcome of your pieces cast in these molds. Each mold is inspected prior to being shipped to you, & is in perfect condition. These are made from soft platinum silicone. As with all silicone molds, they CAN & WILL rip or tear if you do not gently ease your cast pieces out. I am NOT responsible for molds that tear as you remove your pieces & can not be held responsible for operator error. All items are made in a smoke free environment.
