Every item follows a different pattern & is therefore absolutely unique. I came to the idea of creating this lamp drawing my inspiration from the DNA sequence (having my studies in pharmaceutical science to thank for) & forwarding an artistic approach to this very well known & widely depicted scientific image. I only use natural oils (linsed oil, camelia oil, walnut oil etc) & essential oils (orange essential oil) for protecting & finishing wood. This choice allows me to produce items friendly to use & easy to maintain. This Table lamp is designed & produced by hand in the workshop of Baobab Cooperativa (http://www.baobab.gr), located in Athens/Greece, in which I am a Founding member.
