It is made of traditional pattern, using delicate pastel colors, yet has a modern imprint achieved by the additinal hand embroidery in the center of each circle as well as in its borders. The double wedding ring is a traditional quilt pattern, dating from the late 19th century. During the engagement both the man & the woman wore one ring & then the rings were interlocked during the wedding ceremony & worn by the wife. The pattern of the interlocking rings symbolized marriage blessed with love & romance.
