Since this pendant lamp was made by hand & no mass production has sprung, I can guarantee a high quality. Its straightforward design makes the lamp the eye-catcher in your home. It consists of old oak wood produced by sustainable forestry in the Franconian Steigerwald. The lamp was made in several elaborate steps by me & treated at the end with a hard wax oil twice. So they have a wonderful velvety surface that offers you optimal wood protection. The oil is based on linseed oil & therefore a natural product. You can easily wipe the lamp with a damp cloth without creating water marks. The ceiling housing is a real highlight of this lamp. It was elaborately made & consists of the same wood. Most lamps offered have only one metal case. Since each piece of wood has a different structure & color combination, this lamp is unique. in order to prevent a possible pest infestation of the wood this was heat treated in a drying chamber. The height adjustment is invisibly installed in the ceiling housing & does not have to be shortened as with others. It works infinitely up to a length of 150 cm. in the lamp, an aluminum rail was embedded in which a high-quality LED strip was installed for a good illumination. This has a high color fidelity through a 1-bin sorting. The lifespan is about 30000 hours. If the LED Strip is not working anymore, just send me the lamp & I'll do the rest.
