The jewels on the crown are machine embroidered so there is nothing that could fall off & create a choking hazard. If personalization is desired, it will be machine-embroidered on the woven stripe on the edge of the bath towel. Please note: If personalization is ordered, please add a note with the name or other details desired to the transaction when checking out or send a separate email using Etsy's conversation/messaging system. The bath mitt will not be personalized unless specifically instructed. Please allow an additional day of processing if personalization is desired on the bath mitt, too. The personalization shown in the photos was done on the Monster towel but is similar to what it might look like on the Princess towel. The thread color choice was that of the customer. The choices of thread colors that can be used for personalizing the towel are: Purple, Teal, Dark Pink, Navy Blue, Black & White & can be selected using the drop-down menu when placing an order. The measurements are... >> The Towel measures 53 x 27-inches >> The Hood measures 16.5-inches wide where it is attached to the side of the bath towel, 4-inches wide at the top & 6.25-inches from the top to the bottom where it is attached to the bath towel. To complete the fun, the towel also comes with a matching bath mitt that is the perfect size for the hand of a child. If you don't want to use the mitt for bathing, it could also be used as a puppet. >> The bath mitt measures 7-inches from top of the crown to the opening at the bottom. >> 4.5-inches wide at the arms & 3.5-inches wide at the opening. All of the terry cloth elements are made of 100% cotton & the embroidery thread used is made of 100% polyester. The crown is made from 100% cotton flannel. Care Note: This item was not laundered before assembly was done. So, some shrinkage should be expected. Also some water-soluble materials were used during the embroidery & assembly of these towels & every effort was made to remove as much of this as possible. Any residual traces of these materials will wash out the first time the towel is laundered.
