Quilts are made from four lightweight to medium weight cotton fabrics. My design is based on 9 inch squares on the front & a coordinating fabric on the back with light weight batting between the layers. I use a no-binding process to give the quilt a modern feel. The quilt is top stitched around the edges & between the squares for a clean look. I use extra deep seams for a durable finish. Every seam is backstitched including the seams between the individual squares. Finished size of this quilt is 36 inches by 54 inches. This large size allows for the quilt to move from the child's crib to a toddler bed & then even be used as a twin bed throw! Note: This quilt was created in a smoke free environment!
