PERSONALISATION: Details engraved are: Name, Date, Time & Weight. (Wording will be arranged to suit best fit & may vary from picture. The dates come in a mix of number & wording format as listing photos. Can be painted in other colours, please see colour chart. If you choose white for any of the arches the wording will also be white. if no colour choice is left in personalisation box I will try to contact you. if after two attempts I still have no reply the item will be painted as first photo. If colours are incorrect I can not refund or accept return. Please double check all spelling as any errors or amendments cannot be rectified once I have ordered from my supplier. I am not liable for any errors in personalisation made by you. PLEASE NOTE: Maximum characters for name is 21 & this includes spaces in between name. For example Amelia Amanda Greson be 20 characters. My supplier may omit engraving a middle name if they think the name doesn't fit properly, sometimes even with 21 characters the names can be too long to fit due to the letters used (for example letters such as 'm, w'take up more space than 'i') I can not offer refunds if you request a name that is too long (over 21 characters) & the middle name is omitted or if the name is smaller font than the rest due to too many letters. This isn't a double sided item. Although both sides are painted there may be spots of paint on the back due to the nature of the drying process. This isn't a flaw, just a unique part of being handmade.
