The motifs have metallic gold detail & are arranged upon a scarlet red background with elegant black swirls. Every pennant is double sided - backed with the same fabric (please see image 7) & has a central lining of polyester cotton fabric to give a neat finish & extensive weight to the red festive party decor when hung. All 15 pennants are 14.5 cm x 17 cm & sit on a beautiful emerald green satin bias binding giving a generous span of 2.24 m (7.3').
