GOODS DAMAGED in TRANSIT POLICY Refund , Partial refunds, replacements or fixes are only offered if our handmade item is deemed damaged in transit, the options we offer to rectif any damage caused by the couriers will depend on type of damage to your item & what is best for both seller & customer . Before recieving any of the above options customers are requested to provide Photo's of damage to all of the following... ITEM ,PACKAGING & BOX. NO IMAGES will result in NO REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS of any kind , images are requested to determin fault of damage & where needed to make a claim against the courier FOR DAMAGED ITEMS BEING RETURN FOR REFUNDS /FIXES /REPLACEMENTS ...Customer has 14 days from the day of first contact with us to Return your item , we must recieve items back before or on ,no later than the 14th day , after this time NO PARTIAL/FULL REFUNDS ,REPLACEMENTS OR FIXES will be given. PLEASE BE REMINDED ... NO PARTIAL/FULL REFUNDS,REPLACEMENTSOR FIXES WILL BE OFFERED IF WE DEEM DAMAGE HAS BE CAUSED AFTER DELIVERY . Option 1 .. PARTIAL REFUND .... If your item is deemed damaged in transit you maybe offered a percentage of the cost of the item ONLY on the understanding you are happy & have agreed to to keep & fix the item yourself..( your partial refund will be made to you straight away ) Once a customer has agreed to fix & keep ,The Crafty Pellegrino's will no longer be liable for any other refunds or replacements. Option 2 .. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS ... If your item is deemed damaged in transit .... 1.. If your complete order is broken beyond repair/ use, a request for returning the broken item will not be nessasary & a Refund for the items cost only, will be made to you straight away or replacement sent . 2.. If only part of your order has been damaged , the customer will have 14 days from recieving your item to return to us ,you will need to return the whole item initially at customers cost & where possible please use any undamaged packaging or pack from fresh your item with the same care that we sent out to you . On the items safe return to us , we will refund you the cost of the packaging at a minuim of 2.65 ,standard delivery with Evri depending on items size & weight ,along with your refund for the cost of the item ONLY ,The Crafty Pellegrino's will not refund to the customer their return cost for any other courier other than Evri & we do not cover cost above standard delivery ( standard includes ... tracked /photo proof of delivery & free 20.00 insurance )....
