This appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form & as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way & also means your wax is 100% natural. ????Fragrances : we use the maximum load of Fragrance oils in our candles. Packaging: No plastic packaging - we use cardboard boxes, tissue paper & paper bubble wrap to pack our candles & snug them in water soluble cornstarch peanuts. We are committed to reduce waste & we are reusing most of the packing items we receive from our suppliers, so if your order arrives in an odd box, that is the reason. ????Candle care: While unlit , keep your candles away from dust, direct sunlight or heat sources; heat can melt your candles & they might lose shape.
