Care Instructions: Due to the nature of sublimation, please carefully follow these instructions, a copy of which is also included with the order: - Wash inside out (and if possible in a wash bag) -Wash in a cold or warm wash (no higher than 30c) & air/hang dry. -Do not mix with whites or leave too long after its cycle. -Do not wash on a high heat or use in a dryer/dry clean. -Do not bleach. -Do not press/iron directly, please place additional fabric over it for protection on a medium heat. -Use a mild detergent. Please allow for minor size differences due to the handmade nature of the mask, as well as minor colour differences due to screen-to-screen variance. POSTAGE INFORMATION: All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class where applicable. Larger orders containing plushes/pillows will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 unless postage upgrade is purchased at checkout. If a postal upgrade is purchased, the order will instead be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. All International orders must be posted via International Tracked & I do not offer an untracked alternative.
