ABOUT THE LAMPSHADES Small shades are 20cm in diameter & 18cm tall (this size is suitable for bedside lamps, small table lamps or a ceiling lightshade for a small room) Medium shades are 30cm in diameter & 21cm tall (this size is suitable for most table lamps or as a ceiling lightshade in a medium to large size room) Large shades are 40cm in diameter & 26cm tall (this size is suitable for most table lamps, floor lamps or as a ceiling lightshade in large spaces) Please note that the pattern placement may vary if the fabric has a large design. SAFETY The lampshade materials have been tested & passed the glow wire test carried out by the Lighting Association. It will fit the standard UK lamp fittings but it can also be used with IKEA lamp holders by removing the converter plug in the centre of the fitting. I recommend using low energy bulbs with your lampshades. They use less energy & are cool to the touch, avoiding the problem of scorching shades & ceilings.
