If you choose a stand you will receive a laser cut wood plate stand that will be shipped flat but slots together very easy. If you choose hanging the tree will come with twine. SIZES 20cm 24cm 29cm Trees can hold from 1-16 hearts. in the personalisation box please state the number of hearts for your tree & include the names. We can also add wings to hearts & paw prints.
