It takes an AA Battery (not included). Measurements of the movement are 55mm x 55mm x 17mm. The shaft gold thread length is 24mm allowing a clock face of up to 22mm thick & is 8mm in diameter the total length of the shaft is 31mm. There is a large choice of hands to choose from ranging from 24mm- 130mm in either gold or black hands please select what you would like from the drop down menus.
