The fabric is dyed & composed of a thick cotton canvas, spun & woven 100% by hand. A pattern is dyed with fermented mud & other organic dyes. The dyeing technique is 100% organic, free from all kinds of harmful chemicals. Craftsmen draw symbols on these fabrics to tell traditional stories of the peoples of the region.
