SHIPPING & DELIVERY Every one of our items are made to order & take some time to design & create. We strive to post the items within 48 hours of ordering & we send all UK items Royal Mail 24 which can take 48 hours to arrive should the cut off at the end of the day be missed. If your order has taken longer than 5 days to arrive then please message us first before leaving feedback so we can check to see where the item is. Every package has standard tracking which is scanned at the point of delivery so we can see if the item arrived. If you want full tracking then please select that option from the checkout.
