Please allow slight color difference due to different monitors & lighting environments. Due to being hand poured to order, each candle will be unique, air bubbles may be present. If the colour intensity won't be mentioned in a note with your order, we will use our best judgment to choose this for you. Sometimes candles may develop frosting wich is a natural effect in vegetable waxes that will give a stone effect to your candle. This appears because the wax is trying to return back to its natural form & as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way & also means your wax is 100% natural. ????Fragrances : we use the maximum load of Fragrance oils in our candles. Packaging: No plastic packaging - we use cardboard boxes, tissue paper & paper bubble wrap to pack our candles & snug them in water soluble cornstarch peanuts. We are committed to reduce waste & we are reusing most of the packing items we receive from our suppliers, so if your order arrives in an odd box, that is the reason. ????Candle care: While unlit , keep your candles away from dust, direct sunlight or heat sources; heat can melt your candles & they might lose shape. If dropped, the candle will break or chip. Do not apply force on your candles & do not force them into candle holder or they will break. Please allow 2 weeks from the arrival date should you decide to burn your candles as they are made to order & they need this time to cure completely for an optimal burn. Before burning your candles please respect our candle burn instructions that come with your candles. Failure to follow these instructions can lead to inaccurate burning time, heat damage, injuries, & fire. Our sculptural candles will burn for a shorter time than the candles in jars, this is due to their unique shapes. Wax spillage is expected, make sure you place them on a heat resistant, deep tray or dish. Soy wax does not release toxins when lit. Candle safety: Keep away from children & pets. Don't let a burning candle unsupervised. Don't burn candles on
