I use high quality acid-free paper cut into 1 mm wide paper strips to create the delicate petals. Each flower & leaf is individually stemmed with floral wire to create a rich 3D effect. I tried to capture a piece of the woodlands with these UK native Spring flowers: primroses (Primula vulgaris), wood anemone (Anemone nemorosa) & bluebells (Hyacinthus non-scripta). This piece would make a beautiful gift for someone who loves flowers, nature, intricate & delicate things. Being made entirely of paper, it is a perfect first wedding anniversary present. The white shadowbox frame measures 10 5/8 x 10 5/8 x 2 3/8 (27 x 27 x 6 cm) & is enclosed by a sheet of organic glass (acrylic glass) for protection against dust. It can be displayed hanging or standing on a shelf or desk. SHIPPING All parcels are sent via International Registered Mail with the Romanian Post. I will provide a tracking number for each purchase.
