All of the colors & fabrics were individually selected to design the quilt. The entire quilt was pieced & sewn together with coordinating fabrics. The back side is red fabric to match the binding. It's amazing! This quilt could easily be used as a reversible blanket. A professional quilter add a beautiful quilting stitch, using red colored thread, that truly enhances the overall design. The double layer red binding on the edge is machine stitched on the front of the quilt & hand-stitched on the back. Note: This quilt is photographed on a king size bed so you can see most of the design. The end product is a unique & beautiful quilt that will last a lifetime! Quilt measurements: 94 x 94 inches The top layer is 100% cotton fabrics The middle layer is 80x20% cotton batting The backing is 100% cotton fabric. This quilt has been made in my clean, pet-free & smoke-free quilting studio using only the highest quality materials. I do not pre-wash the quilts prior to shipping. Care instructions: Spot clean or gentle hand-wash with cold water using mild soap & a Color Catcher In-Wash sheet to preserve the original colors.
