IMPORTANT: This item is top heavy. Please place it on a flat, stable surface so it stands securely, & keep it out of reach of children. PERSONALISATION: This item is available in two options: Personalised - includes engraved details such as name, date, time, & weight. Not Personalised - painted only, with no text or engraving. Please note: The engraved wording will be arranged to best fit the design & may differ slightly from the example photos. Dates may appear in a mix of numerical & written formats, as shown in the listing images. Custom colours are available please refer to the colour chart. If white is chosen for any arch, the engraving will also appear in white. If no colour choices are provided in the personalisation box, I'll attempt to contact you. If I don't receive a response after two attempts, the item will be painted as shown in the first photo. Please ensure all spellings & details are correct when ordering. Once your order is placed with my supplier, changes can't be made. I can't accept responsibility for errors in the information you provide, & personalised items are non-refundable. PLEASE NOTE: Maximum characters for name is 21 & this includes spaces in between name. For example Amelia Amanda Greson be 20 characters. PLEASE NOTE: my supplier may omit engraving a middle name if they think the name doesn't fit properly, sometimes even with 21 characters the names can be too long to fit due to the letters used (for example letters such as 'm, w'take up more space than 'i') I can not offer refunds if you request a name that is too long (over 21 characters) & the middle name is omitted or if the name is smaller font than the rest due to too many letters. This isn't a double sided item. Although both sides are painted there may be spots of paint on the back due to the nature of the drying process.
