Anemone Garden ~ Hand Painted Vintage Stag Dressing Table

Delivery is for mainland UK via courier & is a 2 person team This vintage dressing table has been completely transformed from the original drab dark brown into a pretty & vibrant, unique statement piece After stripping & sanding the old finishes the whole piece was painted in several shades of green to create an abstract blended backdrop for a host of delicate hand painted white Japanese anemones, the stems & leaves of which are painted in metallic copper. The interior of the drawers have been updated with several layers of translucent green then waxed to seal & protect the surfaces. The exterior has been sealed with several layers of furniture varnish - this will protect the surfaces bit care needs to be taken, for example standing liquid or harsh cleaning products may affect the finish. I've replaced the original handles with new solid brass pulls. As with all my vintage pieces this has evidence of its previous life, adding to its character & charm - there are a few dinks in the top edge but otherwise this is in great condition Anemone Garden ~ Hand Painted Vintage Stag Dressing Table
