That first burn is the most important. If the candle is not burned for long enough to allow the wax to liquefy or to melt from edge to edge of the container, it will create a memory ring. Trim the wick to 1/4 each time before lighting & enjoying Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time When there is 1/4 of wax left in your candle remove the remaining wax & upcycle the glass Never leave a burning candle unattended Keep the candle out of reach of children & pets Keep the candle away from drafts & vibrations Always burn candles on a level, fire-resistant surface Use a candle snuffer instead of blowing the candle out Candles get hot, use something to handle the candle if moving after burning Allow candle to cool before moving For a better burning experience, trim the candle wick before each use - & always protect the surface on which the candle sits.
