The outer board edges are not skimmed, sanded, or smoothed this is intentional, as the panel is designed to be taped & jointed into place during installation. ???? Installation Notes (important) This vent cover panel is fixed directly to the wall or ceiling structure using screws (not adhesive). Installation requires taping & jointing to connect the new plasterboard panel with the surrounding plasterboard surface.
