Hand crafted in Zimbabwe. The hedgehog body is made from recycled oil drums & its quills from old chain link fencing . We commissioned the artists to make the hedgehogs many years ago as the hedgehog is such a loved mammal & its still a firm favourite with our customers. Position indoors or outdoors, the hedgehog looks fabulous where ever its place on full view or peeping out from the borders. Suitable for all round outdoor use, there's no need for this one to go into hibernation. Each of these products are handcrafted from recycled steel such as oil drums, cars & old white goods amongst other things. Some items may have holes in the steel from the previous purpose that it was used for or age, it will be solid & last for many years. There may also be blemishes or some colour on the steel this enhances the product & shows it truly is a recycled one off piece & doesn't detract from its beauty. If you would like us to try & find a piece without colour on it please say so in the notes section. We are happy for you to return any item at your cost if you are not happy with the colour etc but this is not classed as a fault so we are unable to cover the cost. These ornaments are not toys.
