The starting point for this lamp was a Coronet Twelve-20 which was a pseudo-TLR camera made by Coronet in Birmingham in 1950 It has a fantastic vintage look about it & the camera itself before the conversion was in great condition for a 75 year old camera ! For the the conversion we created a custom mount & bulb holder for the camera. Both of which have been clear coated to protect the finish. The base is made from antique english oak that we reclaimed from a 1910 oak kitchen table. This lamp has been freshly wired period correct red braided cable. The lamp has a generous 1.5 mtr power cable & an inline switch. All of our lamps are professionally wired, fully earthed & PAT tested. The light comes with a large 95mm 40w Edison globe bulb. This gives a beautiful soft white light from the front . When lit the light looks stunning, the photos really don't do it any justice at all. This is not just beautiful light but a great piece of mid century art that is guaranteed to be a conversation piece for years to come !
