When selecting your lampshade size from the drop down options this is referring to the diameter straight across the bottom of the lampshade. All fittings to fit these lampshades to a lamp base or ceiling light fitting are supplied with the lampshades. For a floor lamp base we recommend a 22 inch (56cm) size floor lampshade although an 18 inch (45cm) size lampshade would also suit a floor lamp base. The 5 inch (12.5cm) lampshades have a clip on fitting which clips directly onto a bulb, this makes them ideal for wall light shades & chandelier shades. All inner fittings to fit these lampshades to a lamp base or ceiling fitting are supplied with the lampshades free of charge.
