Stunning Rustic tealight holder made from a highly figured piece of Lakeland Burr Oak. The piece of timber has a incredibly rich grain due to the amount of small twigs growing out of the tree in the same place giving it a wonderfully unique patterns that my photos realy do not do justice. after being made it was sanded to a smooth silky finish then coated with lemon oil which not only brings out the natural deep colours in the wood but also give it a tough durable finish.
