We sent all packages by registered mail (with the possibility of tracking). The delivery time depends on the destination country. in the case of the United States, it may take additional time due to the shipment passing through the customs office. If the package does not arrive, we make an offciail complaint to our carrier & the buyer receives a refund. However, this is only possible after 30 days.
