Finished in a matte black & hand-highlighted with aged old-gold gilding, the raised detailing catches the glow of the lamp as candlelight once caught the edges of church reliquaries, revealing its intricacy slowly rather than all at once. The heart itself is not a simple symbol of romance, but of reverence. Inspired by antique devotional art & ecclesiastical carving, every curve, scroll, & flourish echoes the language of shrines & sanctuaries - a piece that feels less like dcor & more like an heirloom recovered from a forgotten chapel.
