RAKU CERAMIC TECHNIQUE The Raku technique is at the heart of my work & my passion, an ancient Japanese art that transforms clay into a story. Each piece is born from a process that combines fire, earth, air & water, in an intimate dialogue with the elements. The most intense moment, when I extract the object from the incandescent oven & immerse it in the flames, is pure magic for me: there the craquel, unique as fingerprints, & the metallic shades that only fire can create come to life.
