Using a Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp helps replace negatively charged ions in the air, which may counteract the potential physical and mental effects of ‘electric smog.’ Each lamp comes with a UK light fitting, 1.5 meters in length, and a bulb. Due to the hygroscopic properties of salt, Himalayan salt lamps and candle holders absorb moisture from the air. If your lamp is ‘sweating’ or leaking water, this is typically because it has been switched off for a prolonged period, especially in humid conditions.
