Create your own print How do I personalise my Print? Simply let us know your chosen text, font & colour scheme in the comments. We will then take this information to mock up a proof to send to you via Etsy messenger within 2 working days. We will then work with you until you are 100% happy for your print to be despatched. How will my physical print arrive? We package all prints in a protective cello wallet & post in a sturdy card backed envelope to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with the condition you receive your print, please drop us a message with proof of this & we will resend your print free of charge. What if my print doesn't arrive on time? If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated to arrive then please message us directly & we will do everything we can to help. We ship all prints via Royal Mail second class. What if I am unhappy with my order? If you're unhappy with your order, then please message our page with any concerns & we will work with you to satisfy your problem or issue.
