We package all prints in a protective cello wallet & post in a sturdy card backed envelope to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with the condition you receive your print, please drop us a message with proof of this & we will resend your print free of charge. What if my print doesn't arrive on time? If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated to arrive then please message us directly & we will do everything we can to help.
