Description

This is an abstract wooden sculpture entitled, #56. This sculpture is 10 x 18.5 x 7.5 & was designed & fabricated exclusively by me - & is signed & dated. Process - After gluing together the most interesting scraps of wood from my studio, I applied 2 different coats of paint. After drying, I sanded every last inch with fine sandpaper. Then I applied a generous coat of Johnson's Paste Wax - & then polished it off. The resulting surface is velvety smooth. See more of my work at www.tomhaney.com I will be posting more pieces soon!
