Montessori matching & stacking game Ice Cream Parlor: GAME IDEA & GOAL: Your child can playfully learn about colors while making their own ice cream by combining the cone (colorful wooden stick) with the ice cream scoop (felt ice cream). Using templates increases the difficulty & keeps the game exciting for longer. Additionally, the felt has slightly different thicknesses, further enhancing the challenge. By nesting the waffle cone & ice cream together, your child refines & acquires their fine motor skills in a playful way. The game set includes a game manual with further game ideas & learning areas. FOR WHAT AGE?: My little daughter is so proud when she sticks the sticks into the felt ice cream. Playing with templates, of course, starts much later. My son, at five years old, is a proud shopkeeper & still enjoys using it for playing shopkeeper. It really depends on the child's interests. However, because they can be used in so many different ways, they are suitable for a wide age range. & they make a lovely & educational gift. SCOPE - 3 VARIANTS: Variant 1 - 4 colors > 4 colored wooden sticks, 1 uncolored reserve stick & 4 felt ice cream balls in blue, red, green, yellow plus 4 laying templates (perfect for beginners) Variant 2 - 7 colors > 7 colored wooden sticks, 1 undyed reserve stick & 7 felt ice cream balls in blue, red, green, yellow, petrol, orange, purple plus 7 laying templates Variant 3 - 9 colors > 9 colored wooden sticks, 1 undyed reserve stick & 9 felt ice cream balls in blue, red, green, yellow, petrol, orange, purple, pink, mint plus 9 laying templates The templates are laminated, wipeable, even writable with chalk markers, & easy to clean with a damp cloth. The corners are rounded, of course. The colorful wooden sticks are a wide version: approximately 15 cm long x 1.8 cm wide. The felt ice cream is handmade, & the wooden sticks are partially dyed by me (of course with paint that complies with the current DIN standard for children's toys).
