What you need is a laser cutter & some 3mm thick plywood or mdf or whatever you find fitting. Ordering this file will allow you to download it instantly. You will receive a link on your email with a ZIP file containing: - Lightburn files (.lbrn2) - SVG files - DxF files - AI files - photo instructions for making The clock consists of 4 layers of 3mm plywood. I made it out of birch ply on these photos. More info about how to make it is included in the download. The clock measures 30cm in diameter, so your laser should be capable of cutting 30cm circles. What you need to make it: 1. 3mm plywood: 4 sheets sized mininum 31x31cm (I use birch BB/BB) 2. Wood glue & CA glue 3. black spray paint & spray wood finish (I use satin, not glossy finish) 4. clock movement: shaft should be long enough to fit 9mm face (I use shaft length of 11.5mm) you can buy one yourself, just double check the shaft length allows mounting on a face thickness of 9mm.
