These high quality deep frames are perfect for displaying medals, crafts, keepsakes, scrabble letters, flowers & any other object that you can think of. The frame is 2.5cm wide & the usable depth of the box is 2.3cm. The frames come complete with backing board & mount & the back is easily removed so that you can add your object. The black, pink & blue backing boards are also reversible so that you can have a white backing & a coloured front mount, making these even more versatile. The size given is the glass size of the frame, not the overall size. All frames come with perspex rather than glass for safety reasons. Step One: To open the back of the frame simply lift up & bend the flexi tabs in the back of the frame. The back of the frame & the coloured backing board can now be lifted out of the frame to allow the framing of your object. Step Two: If the glass should need to be cleaned the internal flexi tabs can be bent back & the front mount removed, usually a soft cloth is all that is needed but regular glass cleaner will be fine too. Step Three: Mounting the object to be framed. How you do this will depend upon what you are framing, for example scrabble letters can be glued directly onto the card included in the frame using clear silicone or glue. Medals on a ribbon can be fixed in position by draping the ribbon over the back of the card & taping into place using masking tape for example. Step Four: The finished artwork can simply be replaced back into the frame & the flexi tabs bent back over to secure the back board in place. The finished picture will hang on a picture hook using the gold hanger on the back of the frame. No fiddly staples or tapes in sight, it really couldn't be easier!
