"Fused Glass ""I Want To Hold Your Hand"

Inspired by The Beatles lyrics I want to hold your hand. That simple sentiment says it all... I made a mold of my hands to cast these life size hands. I then made a slumping mold to give the hands a more natural curved pose. I then cemented the two hands in a permanent clasp. Each hand has a tiny dichroic heart & the lyrics engraved on the back of each hand. The sculpture rests on clear plastic bumpers to protect the table surface. A sweet, romantic gift...
