Aisne Naomi Platt welcomes you to her shop. I like to work with patterned fabrics, ribbons, trimmings, felt & buttons to create beautiful things to share. My hoop mobiles are handmade in my sewing room at home in Cornwall, UK. This mobile is made of a mixture of felt butterflies & flowers threaded onto silk embroidery cotton & attached to a hoop made of natural materials. They also feature tiny mirrors that reflect light. Each mobile has three strands of loveliness. The felt butterflies have tiny patches of cotton applique on each wing with added sequin detail. The flowers are made of a number of layers of contrasting felt with hand sewn embroidery & a button detail. These details are on both sides so that the mobile can be admired from all angles. Each stand also features pom-poms of complementary colours & ends with a lovely tiny reflecting mirror in heart, diamond & circular shapes & three wooden beads also in complementary colours. This mobile is made up of light & dark green, turquoise, aqua blue, purple, pink, white, primrose yellow & cornflower blue materials. The hoop has a lime green daisy-chain braid finish. The mobile is approximately 75cm/29inches long & 23cm/9inchs wide, including a tie loop. Spot cleaning with mild soap is recommended. This mobile is for decoration & is not recommended as a toy.
