This young lady is dressed in Steampunk gear, from her tiny top hat with feather, to her lace dress bottom & arm gauntlets. She has icy gray hair & a thick leather belt. Her bra is green & secured in the middle with more leather. (Not real leather, painted to look like leather) She is 8.5 tall & hangs from the top of her head.
