Light bulb: We don't supply a light bulb. You can use any light bulb under 75W. There are two kinds of bulbs that look very good in this light. If you want beautiful shadows on your ceiling you need to use a dipped light bulb. It's a light bulb that has a mirror coating on its bottom half. The other option that looks very beautiful in this light fixture is a carbon bulb, it takes out the brass colors very well. Cut from a single piece of brass, this light fixture is cleverly engineered to transform flat metal into a substantive sculpture that creates intriguing shadows.
