Wire Frog Sculpture, One Line Art, Steel Animal Decor

This frog wire sculpture is made from a continuous strand of 16-gauge steel wire. Sculpting with wire allows me to define forms & imply movement as each piece becomes a dynamic drawing in space. Because I sculpt with steel wire, this piece may oxidize & develop a rust patina. If you prefer to protect your piece from rust, a light coating of a clear spray varnish may be applied. I hope that my work reflects my love of the natural world & that my methods are kind to the environment as well. I avoid the use of paints & solvents, & I try to reuse packing/shipping materials.
